This service is managed by a team of doctors and ancillary medical personnel especially trained and qualified in Medicine Urgency.
The permanent presence of a doctor urgentist in the buildings ensures an immediate assumption of responsibility of the patient.
He can constantly appeal, where necessary, with a doctor or a surgeon of guard in all the specialities.
Urgencies, structured in a way autonomous and composed doctor’s seniors, knew to engage one effective collaboration with the whole of the services of hospitalization, the device thus set up also ensuring the internal urgencies.

The assumption of responsibility of the urgencies is assured 24:00 on 24 by a team at least made up of a doctor urgentist senior and a nurse. All the patients are seen by the doctor urgentist including the night. It is possible for the doctor urgentist to obtain a specialized opinion when the patient requires really an opinion of specialist. In particular, for the surgical urgencies, it is possible to obtain on the telephone or possibly with the bedside of the patient an orthopaedic surgeon or a visceral surgeon 24:00 on 24.

For the acts of radiology, a manipulator of radiology is of guard on the spot. For echography, the radiologist of obligation moves. The reports of examinations of radiology are obtained immediately or the following day. In this last case, the doctor urgentist check that the adopted therapeutic attitude is in adequacy with the report of the radiologist before arranging it in the file of the patient. If not, the patient is contacted and invited to pass by again with the urgencies or directly in consultation of speciality when it is possible.
